Faith and Football

THIS CAMP IS FREE!!!!!

Coming June 14th-16th, for kids going into K-8th, Crosswalk will be hosting a FREE football camp that is more than just football.  Please fill out the online registration form below or click here to print a copy.

Dates: June 14-16, 2012

Times: Thurs./Friday - 1pm - 6pm and Saturday - 8-12 & 1-3.

Meals: Kids will be provided dinner on Thursday and Friday and lunch on Saturday (parents are encouraged to attend lunch with their child)

 Football/Faith  - Kids will be engrossed in the game of football through drills, practice and games. Each hour, there will a dedicated time where the players are offered spiritual guidance through biblical stories, faith base readings/games and real life examples.

 Groups involved: University of Sioux Falls Football, Augustana College Football, High School players from around the area, various coaches from College and High School's, Former USF Head Coach Bob Young

My child, child’s name) has permission to participate in the Crosswalk Faith & South Dakota Football Camp. I certify that my child is covered by our family health insurance policy. If injured, I give permission to a doctor/trainer to perform appropriate treatment. I hereby release Crosswalk Community Church, their staff * the volunteers running the Faith & Football camp from all claims resulting in any injuries which may be sustained by my child. I declare that I am the parent/legal guardian (circle one) of the above named minor.
